Our Passive Investor Club provides investing education, increased deal flow, off-market investment opportunities and crowd sourced due diligence to help passive investors make smart investing decisions.

Our Active Investor Club provides investing education and networking to obtain partnership opportunities so that active investors can get the deals, capital, and skill needed to invest successfully.

 

Currently we are focused on investing in the Multifamily Apartments asset class and actively pursuing deals in the South East US.
